Adecco Staffing is hiring for a Senior Production Supervisor in Attleboro! This is a temp-to-perm opportunity.

Shift: 1st Shift: 7:00AM-3:30PM, Monday-Friday

Pay: $27-$32/hr DOE

Summary:

The Sr. Production Lead is responsible for the direct oversight of Production Operators. The Sr. Lead will maintain accountability of all operators and drive metrics on safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and continuous improvement. This role is also responsible for achieving production schedules in support of customer needs.

Essential Functions:

• Set priorities and direct daily operations to include timely completion of jobs to supply the manufacturing lines.

• Ensure all operators are following safety procedures and Drive Safety awareness and improvements.

• Prioritize work activities for operators to achieve target on time delivery and delinquency goals.

• Ensure jobs are running as scheduled in work cells assigned.

• Identify bottlenecks and constraints within the cell.

• Ensure proper scheduling of resources based on capacity demands.

• Be an active participant in 5S and continuous improvement activities.

• Review methods/procedures and recommend improvements to drive lean initiatives.

• Provide support to other functional groups within Sensata.

• Daily communication with cross functional team such as customer service, engineering, technicians, quality and manufacturing supervisors as necessary.

• Ability to work on the line and support new operator training as required.

• Schedule overtime based on capacity demands.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.

• Possess strong organizational skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work well as a team.

• Ability to lead, set an example, and direct teams to achieve assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies.

• Computer familiarity, data entry skills including MS Word and Excel.

• Ability to perform various transactions in Oracle.

• Must be eligible for ITAR clearance.

• Perform other related duties as specified.

Pay Details: $27.00 to $32.00 per hour
