Job Description

A client in the Eastern Massachusetts area is seeking a seasoned Recycling Operations Manager. This resource will oversee roughly 18-20 staff members and day to day operations of the recycling facility. We are seeking an individual that is quick on their feet and strong with problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities include but not limited to...

• EHS Compliance assistance

• Logistics coordination of materials and deliveries

• Sales and buying direction to ensure volume quotas are aligned

• Maintenance schedules

• overarching employee schedules

Skills and Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in recycling or metals manufacturing industries

• 2-3 years of experience in operations or facility management

• Experience managing individual contributors

• Prior experience owning and creating budgets and forecasts null
