Monday - Friday

9:00AM - 5:30PM


We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team! We are committed to helping our customer base by delivering quality customer service with every interaction as we work towards fulfilling eyewear and vision needs.


  • Provide excellent service to every customer

  • Respond to inbound calls and address customer inquiries

  • Assist customers over the phone with Rx order placement and status

  • Communicate general product information around eyewear and vision products
