Call Center Representative

Immediate opening for a temporary call center position! Candidates must have previous call center experience and able to work in a fast paced environment. This position is located on site and will start as early as tomorrow!

Responsibilities

• Able to work in a fast pace environment and answer about 50-75 incoming calls per day.

• Take detailed notes and enter orders in the system while on the phone to ensure all questions are answered.

• Descalate and trouble shoot issues.

• Provide first class customer service to customers calling in.
