As a Sr. Supply Chain Program Specialist, you’re a member of the Patriot Product Line providing support to the Patriot Integrated Product Team. In this highly visible role, you’re the Supply Chain interface to Patriot programs, serving as a liaison between Supply Chain and the Patriot Product Line. You’ll assist with the creation and execution of Material Product Strategies and Material Product Plans to ensure the flawless execution of products and programs from the front end of the business through contract closure. Key activities will include: Pulling together & analyzing metrics Expediting parts from suppliers to meet critical need dates Involvement with daily supply chain activities associated with each of the programs, including financial reporting and analysis Developing and executing material product strategies Managing product purchase/subcontract requirements Creating and tracking key product area performance metrics Participating in 6 Sigma projects and partnering with internal and external customers Supporting monthly program and IPT Reviews Providing status and performance to internal customers Required Skills: 4+ years of Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Integrated Product Team, Program or Project Management experience Experience leading or participating in cross-functional teams Desired Skills : Demonstrated planning skills for both short-term requirements and long-term opportunities Exceptional judgment and decision-making skills Demonstrated ability with international subcontract management A bility to interact with senior levels of leadership effectively – both internal and external Experience with lean manufacturing Certified Material Program Manager Earned Value Management Experience with budget management Experience with MRP systems and / or tools Experience working with Risk and Opportunity Management Experience with proposal preparation or management Qualified Six Sigma Specialist or equivalent Strong written and verbal communication skills Computer experience including the use of Microsoft Office Suite Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing Operations, or Supply Chain Management) Required Education Bachelor's Degree This job is posted internally as: Sr. Material Program Specialist Find out why Forbes ranks us among the top 500 of America’s Best Employers by visiting us online at www.raytheon.com Stay Connected: Don’t miss out on what’s happening at Raytheon.
