  • Develop capital roadmap and identify process and equipment capabilities to support the increase in wafer capacity, product yield, and next generation technology.

  • Lead and assist projects in capital acquisition, process sustainment, yield improvement, rework reduction, equipment cost of ownership, and process development.

  • Manipulate large datasets and use statistical analysis to define SPC controls and to correlate equipment input parameters to process outputs for improvements in yield, cycle time, process capability and equipment uptime.

  • Create and maintain schedules for tool and process qualifications.

  • Identify capacity constraints and opportunities for improvement.

  • Frequently work on the foundry floor and interact with various process engineering, equipment engineering, digital technologies, quality, facilities, and operation teams.

  • Broad knowledge related to semiconductor processing, equipment, and data analysis.

  • Experience troubleshooting a diverse set of fabrication equipment in addition to establishing equipment qualification and preventative maintenance procedures.

  • Proficient in statistical process control and lean manufacturing methods (e.g., Six Sigma).

  • Ability to work with large datasets.

  • Experience in a data analysis software package (e.g., FabGuard, SQL, JMP).
