Product Line Manager
Position Summary:
Based in our Andover, MA office this position is a critical team member working with marketing, engineering, systems, PE/TE and the product line team ensuring a common technical vison and detailed product and subsystem specifications across multiple families and generations. Ideal candidates should demonstrate core capabilities in RF/Analog system and subsystem knowledge coupled with a sharp attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for end-to-end compliance tracking through new product introduction phase and driving effective decisions considering design, technology, cost, quality and customer needs. An internal facing role, this person is constantly aligning the internal stakeholders of latest status and best practices while consolidating a clear technical vision for multiple generations of products.
Reporting directly to the DAS BU Connectivity Product Line Director, this proven leader should have a broad skill set:
Focus Product areas: PA, FEM, SW-LNA for WiFi/Connectivity
Focus market areas: Broad Markets Networking, Mobile and IoT
Captures requirements for next gen connectivity products.
Distills and defines subsystem (chip specs) with support and direction from the design team.
Leverage IP cores and best practices across multiple platforms and programs
Develop commonality of inputs: Chip specs, programming interfaces, test specs and algorithms to synchronize across programs platforms and generations
Create visibility of successes/failures across a dynamic fast moving technical organization
Tracks compliance, drives spec arbitrage and scales lessons learned
Qualifications:
Minimum BSEE with 5+ years of experience in RF semiconductors
Background in design, applications, marketing or product management for RF semiconductor products
Demonstrates ability and understanding of RF systems, subsystems, specifications and performance tradeoffs.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Outstanding organization and communication
Ability to work and thrive in a cross-functional team environment.
Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $122,000 - $231,000 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
