ICP Group Online Marketing Manager in Andover, Massachusetts

ONLINE MARKETING MANAGER

Job Summary

The Online Marketing Manager will develop e-commerce marketing strategies and run programs to drive audience growth and engagement across a wide portfolio of products and categories. This position is responsible for leading daily planning and operations of data-driven, segmented marketing campaigns, lifecycle promotions and dynamic messaging through paid media, email, and content marketing in order to acquire, engage and retain digital audiences throughout the purchase lifecycle. This role is responsible for demand generation to help develop and execute ICP?s vision and goals for e-commerce.

The Online Marketing Manager will lead relationships with marketing, programming, and sales teams to enable their use of e-commerce data and insights to maximize audience growth, engagement, and monetization. They will also act a liaison with vendors and agencies to collaborate on category/product launches, updates, and organization-wide initiatives.

Job Expectations

  • Own customer acquisition strategy, execution, and optimization for e-commerce business

  • Develop multi-channel growth strategy based on product needs: SEO/ASO, SEM, DSPs, paid social, content marketing, email marketing, programmatic display, etc.

  • Set up digital marketing data and analytics, tech stack and operating model for best-in-class e-commerce businesses

  • Define and validate core KPIs, such as cost per metrics, retention, ROI and LTV to drive e-commerce growth and operationalize the business model

  • Manage vendors/agencies to

  • Manage and review campaigns across platforms for .COM storefront and Amazon

  • Define, execute, analyze, and optimize A/B and multi-variant tests, have a track record of optimizing and materially improving conversion rates through rapid testing

  • Contribute to vetting and building out marketing tech stack partnerships

  • Communicate effectively both internally and externally to meet customer needs and expectations

  • Be agile and iterative in your approach to customer acquisition, and relentless in your search for the next unexploited growth opportunity

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Equipment Knowledge

  • Hands on experience with paid media tools (Google Ads, Facebook, Amazon Marketing Services, etc)

  • Experience with analytics, attribution and visualization tools (Google Analytics, Mix Panel, Adjust, AppsFlyer, etc)

  • Experience with at least one e-mail marketing platform (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Salesforce Pardot, etc)

Experience Requirements

  • Generally requires a minimum of 5 years of experience with all aspects of campaign set up, QA, tracking, execution, testing, delivery, and analysis

  • Hands on experience with paid media tools like Facebook Ads and Google AdWords

  • Previous marketing or user acquisition and growth experience proliferating consumer facing products

  • Agile and iterative in approach, and relentless in search for the next unexploited growth opportunity

  • B2B experience preferred

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience

  • MBA, advanced degree, or equivalent experience a plus
