Job Description

A top Integrated Facilities Management firm is looking for HVAC Technicians to join their team onsite at one of their largest pharmaceutical clients. The HVAC technician will be working as part of the onsite maintenance team responsible for day to day preventative and troubleshooting on HVAC equipment at the Andover, MA site. The ideal candidate for this role should have 3+ years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting commercial HVAC equipment and any experience working within a pharmaceutical or highly regulated industry is preferred but not required. Openings across multiple shifts!

Skills and Requirements

-3+ Years of Maintainting and Troubleshooting Commercial HVAC Equipment

-Experience working with refrigerant

-Experience troubleshooting& rebuilding motors, pumps and other HVAC parts

-Experience utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System -Active MA Refrigeration License

-HVAC Experience within Pharmaceutical Manufacturing'''
