The working foreman supervises operators and laborers on the crew and will coordinate the work of subcontractors and other trades relevant to their construction roles. Supervisory Responsibilities: You will assign and supervises the work of the construction staff, contractors, suppliers, and workers. You will ensure work is completed on schedule. You perform quality work with your crew. You will ensure each assigned worker follows all safety standards.
