About the Role:

As a Marketing Intern at Arbour Counseling Services, you will be directly reporting to the CEO. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to and learn about marketing strategies in the healthcare sector, focusing on mental health and community services. The intern will be involved in various aspects of marketing, from digital content creation to analytics.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies under the guidance of the CEO, aligning with the organization's goals.

  • Content Creation & Management: Create engaging content for different platforms to promote Arbour's services, including website, social media, and print materials.

  • Market Research: Perform research to identify new marketing opportunities, client needs, and the effectiveness of current strategies.

  • Digital Presence: Manage and update social media profiles and websites, tracking user engagement and feedback.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Use tools to analyze marketing campaigns' performance, providing regular reports to the CEO.

  • Event Management: Coordinate and participate in marketing events, workshops, and seminars to promote Arbour's services.

  • Collaborative Projects: Work closely with various teams to ensure a unified marketing approach.

  • Professional Development: Stay informed about the latest trends in healthcare marketing and apply this knowledge to ongoing projects.

    Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Knowledge of social media and digital marketing tools.

  • Analytical skills with an interest in data-driven marketing.

  • Passion for healthcare, mental health, and community services.

  • Candidate must possess appropriate citizenship work documentation

  • Candidate must pass a CORI and drug test, as well as other pre-employment documentation
