Job Function: Under direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Maintenance Manager, will follow all established procedures and policies, while producing a product that meets or exceeds available standards while prioritizing safety, quality and efficiency to meet the goals of the company. Job Responsibilities: Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Executes assigned duties with minimal supervision. Available for call-ins and required over-time to support critical situations. Perform assigned duties in a timely manner, including follow-up to ensure work was completed satisfactorily. Perform assigned duties following \"Good Manufacturing Practices\". Assist operators in routine maintenance procedures & training on minor trouble-shooting & repairs. Conduct general repairs & maintenance to facility and grounds as assigned. Attend Daily Production Meeting as required. Maintain records and logs as required. Perform operating task and adjustments in the Wastewater Treatment plant. Maintain a clean & safe work environment. Perform inventory control functions relating to spare parts, tools & equipment. Actively participate in special teams representing the Maintenance organization. Perform all other related duties as assigned. Job Qualifications: GED or High School Diploma. At least 3 years experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in a manufacturing environment. Basic computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel, etc). Excellent troubleshooting experience. Ability to work well with people. Strong communication skills. Multi-tasked Individual. Ability to work independently with little supervision.
