What you get to do every day

  • Maintain employee database documents

  • Research the internet to uncover potential customers

  • Perform various administrative duties

  • Assist with planning new employee orientation meetings


  • Approachable and appropriate behavior when interacting with personnel at all levels in a quickly changing environment

  • Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

  • General familiarity with benefits coordination

  • Good understanding of personnel file maintenance

  • New employee orientation experience highly preferred

  • Earlier work involving Confidential Documents

  • Knowledge of Onboarding

  • Adeptness in Applicant Screening

  • Practical knowledge of Employee Assistance

  • Experience with Prescreening

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Recruiting Activities

  • Background working with Confidential Documents

  • Deep understanding of Background Checks

  • Solid understanding of Onboarding

  • Prior experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

  • Competent in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
