Aladco Linen Services* Maintenance Technician in Adams, Massachusetts
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and electrical background, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various equipment and systems. Including, but not limited to: washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyor systems, and boilers. Also, assisting with executing preventive/predictive maintenance, resolving safety concerns, and maintaining an industrial laundry facility. Responsibilities - Attendance is required. - Proficient in the proper use of power and hand tools - Strong electrial troubleshooting ability of 3 phase 230 volt systems - Experience in carpentry, boiler repair, welding, and general facility repairs - Must be a team player with enthusiasm, initiative, and pride in work well done; self-starter dedicated to continual quality improvement. - Conduct preventive maintenance programs and keep maintenance records - Install, replace, or change machine parts and attachments, according to specifications - Clean machines and machine parts Job Type: Full-time Expected hours: No more than 40 per week Benefits: - 401(k) matching - Health insurance - Opportunities for advancement - Paid time off Schedule: 8 hour shift
