Honeywell Account Manager II-Process Solutions-Remote in Acton, Massachusetts
As an Account Manager II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in business development and managing accounts for Honeywell Process Solutions. You will report directly to our Sr Sales Manager and you will work remotely when not travelling to visit clients. The territory covered for this role will be Boston, MA and Northeast NY.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing innovative solutions
Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions
Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets through effective account management and contract negotiations
Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's market presence and drive long-term business growth
COMPENSATION
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is 72k-100k. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is 72k-100k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

YOU MUST HAVE
3+ years of account management, business development, or similar sales role
Experience in hardware, software, or technology sales
