Raytheon Sr Financial Analyst in Woburn, Massachusetts

Raytheon IDS currently has an excellent opportunity for a key role within the Strategic Growth Programs (SGP) Team. SGP is comprised of multiple programs: Array Group Driver (AGD), Beam Steering Unit (BSU) Driver CCA, BSU Logic Follow-On, Raytheon Space Radar (AGI Contract), COBRA DANE, as well as other strategic programs and pursuits, with a combined contract value of $50M and $18M of annual sales. The Strategic Growth Programs are a part of the Mission Systems and Sensors (MSS) Business Area located in Woburn, MA. The SGP portfolio contains both commercial and DOD subcontract, IOT and prime level contracts, which have a variety of contract types (Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Fixed Firm Price and Cost Plus No Fee). As a critical member of the SGP team, the Senior Financial Analyst will be lead all the day to day Financial responsibilities for programs within the SGP portfolio. This provides a unique opportunity to work with various teams and gain exposure to a variety of financial and programmatic topics. The candidate will work closely with the program SGP Business Manager, Program Managers, Planning, and IPT Leads to ensure execution of all financial processes and analysis. The candidate will ensure complete and accurate financial reporting and analysis, monthly manpower and variance analysis, risk and opportunity analysis, financial management of program IOTs, and other suppliers, Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) execution, program Estimate at Complete (EAC) exercises, program funding analysis, and all other ad hoc tasks related to financial management of the SGP Programs. The candidate will participate in new business pursuits to continue to growth the SGP area (Gates 2-4) and continue to ensure successful implementation during the contract lifecycle (Gates 5-11). Additionally, the candidate will have Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) responsibilities such as Bookings, Sales, Profit and Cash forecasting, Five Year and Annual Financial Planning, Working Capital analysis, Billing and Cash Flow analysis, and other internal monthly reporting.
