Job DescriptionPosition summary: Support the QA Compliance Specialist and Quality Department with the development, maintenance, and review of CPNA documentation. Analyze and report on quality-related data and trends from production/QC, customers, suppliers, audit results, and process improvement activities.Qualifications required:- Bachelor's Degree preferred or Associates Degree with relative work experience will be considered- Excellent writing, reporting, and data gathering abilities- Familiarity with MS Office, Visio, ERP/MRP systems- Food or packaging manufacturing experience a plus- Good communication skills- Knowledge of GFSI-accepted systems, BRC preferred- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices- Quality oriented - Attention to detail - Organized and thorough- Related work experience or continued education accomplishments- Willingness to be a team playerEssential functions and responsibilities:- Assists in upkeep of CPNA documentation and the document control system within IFS- Helps review all levels of documentation, ensuring alignment with site and regulatory requirements- Creates, writes, and edits documentation with primary focus on work instructions and training materials- Assists in handling the receipt, tracking, and monitoring of customer complaints- Assists in analyzing trend data and issuing reports relating to customer complaints, internal holds (MRB cases), production/QC data, audit results, and supplier performance- Assists with coordinating corrective action meetings and root cause analysis and investigations- Maintains and monitors all applicable standards for our product (21 CFR)- Follows all documented Good Manufacturing Practices- Reports any potential food safety, quality of food defense concerns to plant manager or quality management- Observes and supports product safety, legality, regulatory compliance and quality systems- Must follow all company policies and proceduresPlease respond to job posting for consideration.
