The Customer Sales Representative (PreSell) is responsible for selling and merchandising Schwan's Consumer Brands products to retail stores in assigned region. The incumbent will further build relationships with retail store managers and ensure that Schwan's products are consistently and effectively showcased and remain in stock.
Sells company products based on store plans and works to effectively display products in retail stores
Performs pre-order sales for delivery to retail stores.
Sets up new product and promotional displays in retail stores to help drive revenue.
Provides product forecasts for upcoming promotions for assigned customers and ensures that products will remain in stock.
Establishes and maintains positive customer relationships.
Resolves customer complaints immediately.
Stocks rotates and maintains products on all shelves in retail stores as needed.
Maintains compliance with Company safety regulations policies and procedures- including reporting and record keeping.
Responsible to conduct yourself and ensure your subordinates (if applicable) conduct themselves in a manner consistent with company mission values code of ethics policies and other standards of conduct.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Years of Related Experience: One or more years related experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Basic math and language skills. In certain geographical locations other languages may be preferred; ability to operate and maintain company equipment including handhelds computers etc; develop maintain and monitor relationships with store level accounts; effective oral and written communication skills; must possess valid driver's license.
