General Laborers and Helpers for automatic pool cover installations, maintenance and service calls. Duties Include: Servicing existing pool covers and repair problems as needed Install pool covers on new and existing pools Trouble-shoot with other techs to solve difficult operational problems Maintain parts stock in service truck Knowledge of hand tools and power tools Current MA drivers license Clean driving record Must be 18 years or older Must be able to read and write English Mechanically inclined (electrical, plumbing, automotive repair, HVAC, welders, construction experience is preferred but not necessary) Must have your own reliable transportation to our Rochester facility Excellent customer service skills and abilities Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent or Trade School Some heavy lifting required. Will be bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, sitting, standing, and walking throughout each day. Techs will be working on the job, outside each day. Able and willing to work 8+ hour days, Monday-Friday (some Saturdays may be required) Daily travel and ability to work outdoors during summer months 2 Man Crew in fully equipped company vehicle Monday to Friday
