International Regulatory Affairs Coordinator
Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (Kelly OCG) is seeking candidates for an International Regulatory Affairs Coordinator position to support our customer in Raynham, MA. This is an open-ended project assignment and comes with enhanced benefits (see below).
Responsibilities • Monitor and respond to questions posed by international regulatory associates via the Regulatory Requests Mailbox • Maintain various tracking logs to track project approvals and product releases • Arrange visits by international visiting associates • Maintain international regulatory contact list • Assist with general administrative responsibilities, such as setting up department meetings, filing, preparing regulatory submissions, tracking submission details and metrics, department communication, etc. • Complete Certificate to Foreign Governments (CFG), Certificates of Free Sale (CFS), obtaining Apostille, and maintain the Medical Device Listings/Establishment Registrations • Effectively track and monitor invoices to ensure payments are processed in a timely fashion via the ARIBA system
Qualifications • Associates Degree or higher preferred • Minimum 2 – 4 years in an assistant role supporting a technical department • Proficiency of Microsoft Office 2007 (Word, Excel, and Outlook) • Able to create reports and manipulate data • Strong analytical skills • Flexibility - able to adapt to compliance cycle activities and demanding timelines • Must be well organized, able to multi-task and work with limited supervision • Strong team player • Proactive, taking the initiative when needed • Ability to prioritize • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
