General Summary of Position:
As a senior Premier Project Manager you will oversee the completion of large business onboarding projects for Granite's enterprise clients. You will direct intact teams made up of Project Coordinators, Associate Project Managers, and other Granite employees to ensure completion of each project.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee installation of new voice and data business for Granite's customers
Daily communication through email and via phone with sales reps, project team members, and clients
Coordinate installs with end users, Granite IW and Granite repair technicians
Oversee creation and updating of project tracking spreadsheets
Chair and minute conference calls and stakeholder meetings
Ensure project deadlines are met, keeping various tasks moving toward this goal
7-10 years' worth of relevant project management experience
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to meet project deadlines
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a group
Excellent multi-tasking & organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Intermediate (or better) knowledge of MS Office tools
Ability to self-motivate, both for task completion and knowledge increase
Technical knowledge of voice, data, and networking
Developed negotiation skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Project
PMP certification or master's degree in project management
10-15 years' worth of relevant project management experience
