Job Description The Project Analyst, Officer will monitor and report on project financial and status information for the Corporate Systems portfolio in order to ensure timeliness, quality, and completeness. This individual will interface with the project managers, business stakeholders, and IT management to provide necessary data to facilitate project execution within the expected timeframes and budgets. The Project Analyst, Officer must demonstrate the ability to understand financial complexities, use project accounting and planning systems, and communicate effectively with business and IT partners. Work with project managers and development managers to ensure project and resource forecasts are complete Provide ad hoc financial analysis for IT and business management Develop and maintain multiple project and portfolio level reports for various stakeholders ensuring consistent and accurate data Closely monitor project resourcing, schedule, and cost in order to communicate issues and risks to the appropriate parties


  • Proven ability to effectively manage time and balance priorities across simultaneous assignments

  • Self-starter with a desire to overcome obstacles and expand knowledge base and role

  • Proven analytical skills to interpret financial information

  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

  • Working knowledge of project accounting and IT processes

  • Proficiency with the MS Excel

  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordinator/PMO role

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
