As one of the most experienced and integrated aluminum foundries in Massachusetts, we boast a high production facility with in-house production processes from core making and assembly, heat treating, CNC machining, product final assembly and supply chain management. We specialize in complex, highly-cored casting for numerous applications in sizes ranging from a few ounces to 100+ pounds, all produced on state-of-the-art equipment.
We are seeking a CNC Programmer with CAD Designing experience to join our team of casting experts!

What You Will Be Doing
60% Workload (CNC Programming)
-Create strategies to rough machine existing and new aluminum sand castings
-Import CAD data into MasterCAM programming package to create CNC programs as well as G-code programming at the control
-Implement significant use of touch probing to minimize requirements of machine tender
-Manipulate Inventor drawings and models for machining process
-Making certain setups are simple and capable of holding parts in a safe and accurate way
-Making certain that part, tooling, and machine setup instructions are documented in accordance with quality management system, and can be handed off to operators for repeat production runs
40% Workload (CAD Resource)
-Create/modify 3-D parts and assembly models as a CAD resource
-Create 2-D detail drawings for fabrication/assembly
-Crate 2-D drawings for casting processing. Upload drawings to internal document portal
What You Need for this Position
At Least 3 Years of experience and knowledge of:
CAD Modeling (MaserCAM)
Machining Background a plus
