Citizens Bank Risk Business Analyst III (Work at Home) in Massachusetts
The Risk Business Analyst III will support the functions within the Reporting and Oversight Governance Team within Risk PMO:
Provide support for and oversight of the Risk PMO Program Managers (2) and Project Manager's (6).
Support includes: assistance with ECF documentation, develop/maintain additional reporting on PV Time Tracking, working with the PMs to complete project within PV - following the established controls and time-frame, along with working to "centralize" and support the Project Manager's on SOW to PO set up within Oracle and develop a tracking mechanism for reporting and review of status, invoice payment and financial forecast.
Oversight includes: assist with QA Risk PMO project reviews, provide support and development for the following Oracle reports being transitioned from TS Finance to the Risk PMO Reporting and Governance Oversight Team: Oracle Capital actuals for each project (2 times a month – 1st BD and mid month, before AP cut off), Oracle Status Reports (1st BD), Forecast Submission report (after forecast deadline – monthly view of forecast), Actuals vs Forecast Variance Trend (1st or 2nd BD sent to PMs with variance explanation request, finalized after deadline) and SAN/VM analysis.
Cross-training includes: Financials, RAG Reporting, SharePoint Maintenance and support, CRI report generation, PV13 administration (add work, field updates, etc.), HP ALM Report Governance, Oracle to PV13 Monthly Reconciliation reporting, PV13 reports for PMs and oversight of PV13 data, and demand/resource reporting.
Identify and analyze business problems
Identify issues and escalates/manages resolution as required
Coordinate and provide support to the business with the process implementation
10+ years of industry/banking experience
Advanced proficiency with all MS Office applications, MS Project and/or Visio
Ability to quickly learn organizational structure, business strategies and processes
Superior oral and written communication skills, agility in communicating with both business and technology constituents
Clarify, identify, and track requirements and issues, remove barriers, resolve project issues and escalate to immediate manager where required
Capable of writing clear and well-structured business requirements documents
