Adecco US, Inc. Community Relations Specialist in Marlborough, Massachusetts

ADECCO CURRENTLY IS HIRING FOR A COMMUNITY RELATIONS SPECIALIST FOR ONE OUR TOP CLIENTS! Location: Marlborough, MA

M-F 30-35 hrs a week, hybrid, 2 days in office Pay rate: $30-$39/hr

· 4-8 years admin/database experience

· Grant and community relations experience (plus, not a requirement)

• Completes Community Relations Field & DC grant funding requests as well as the Foundation response to all submitted Brand funding inquiries

• Supports the execution of other grant programs as needed (i.e. Associate Nominated Grants program and Opportunistic grants program)

• Reviews and vets nonprofit organizations' grant applications to validate eligibility for funding under Client's Foundation Guidelines

• Serves as a resource for database questions from external partners, including nonprofit grantees and applicants, and is the point of contact for external troubleshooting

• Supports the Brand Team in tracking and monitoring grant budgets

Requirements:

• Ability to navigate systems and maintain database/reporting

• Excellent attention to detail with an ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities across several Teams and projects

• Self-reliant and self-motived, with the ability to work autonomously to achieve results

• Great teammate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Minimum Job Skills required to perform this job:

• Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Experience with database management and/or data analytics

• Experience working in highly collaborative setting with multiple levels of stakeholders

• Ability to be flexible and navigate multiple processes and workstreams at the same time

• Strong customer relations skills

• Decision-making and problem-solving skills

• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

Pay Details: $30.00 to $39.00 per hour
