We currently have an opportunity for a Guest Relations Coordinator in our Lenox, MA location..

Scope: Responsible for providing exceptional service to all VIP, Homeowners and Condo owners as their primary contact on property. This includes working collaboratively with other ranch departments including, but not limited to Program Advising, Guest Services, Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, and Security. Also responsible for providing administrative support to the Front Office Team.

  • Provide administrative support to Front Office Team including preparing the daily arrivals and in house reports, communicating special requests to housekeeping and dining room, complete pre-billing process for departures, block guest rooms for arrival, respond to email requests, maintain comp stay reports and service recovery reports.
  • Research VIP guests; coordinate and prepare for their arrival.
  • Function as primary contract for homeowners and condo owners, collaborate with other departments to ensure optimal experience is provided.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

Actively demonstrate Canyon Ranch service standards with staff and guests

Provide coverage as PBX operator and Guest Services Representative.
