Dell Dell EMC Account Mgr, Renewals in Franklin, Massachusetts
Using a combination of Customer Service and Inside Sales skills, this person will be responsible for implementing and managing contract renewal initiatives with existing Dell EMC business customers. Maintains contract revenue base at highest possible retention rate and protects contract revenue stream. Ensures timely contract renewal and promotes awareness of upgrade and add-on opportunities to the business customers of Dell EMC. Ensures competitiveness of company's maintenance contracts. Works towards assigned contract revenue goals.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include driving specific renewals targets and technical refresh sales programs with existing business customers, inbound/outbound calling, and prospecting to grow Dell EMC's market share. Responsible for handling customer sales inquiries with the goal of maintaining or upgrading existing customers' products and services. Advises customer of expiring support or maintenance contracts, pricing, and new service offerings. Will have sufficient knowledge to understand customer's embedded base of products as well as new product features and their benefits to customers. Initial and on-going company provided training programs ensure the latest technology competency in this highly sought after professional development position.
