Sensor Manufacturing Technician 1 in the Walpole Point of Care Membrane group will be responsible for the manufacture of electrochemical sensors for the Blood Gas Platform.
This position involves the manufacture of a variety of electrochemical sensors for the RAPIDPoint and RAPIDLab Blood Gas Platforms. Principle duties and responsibilities include: Efficient execution of all sensor processes. Data entry, documentation and batch record review. Effective utilization of Lean methodologies, as appropriate, to achieve optimal results. Performance of tasks in support of the laboratory, department and Business vision.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
Demonstrated knowledge of and application of ISO, GMP and GDP. Ability to work individually and in team settings. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Excellent organization and time management skills. Excellent Laboratory technique. Lab experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
BS in Life Science discipline or a minimum of 2 years Lab experience preferred. Proficient with pipettes, balances, and other general laboratory equipment.
