Internship is for summer 2018. Selected candidate will join a team that is responsible for marketing state of the art engineering design software for PCB design that is used by biggest and best electronics product companies world-wide. Key Responsibilities:Overseeing the design, creation, management and distribution of marketing content in support of Product Marketing Strategy
Provide interface and drive content coordination with Corporate Marketing team on external product communications/programs (print and on-line advertising, social media, email, webinars, seminars, workshops, and tradeshows)
Perform basic customer, market, technology and competitive analysis through research using web and internal resources
Perform web-based analytics and analysis and provide summarized feedback on website/community traffic, social media trends etc.
Project/program management of product launch plans, annual Marketing Strategy plans.
Assist product marketing to ensure consistent messaging occurs in outbound collateral where local language is required
Research marketing tools and guide product marketing in techniques to upgrade and modernize presentations and marketing collateral
Maintain and update external and internal websites by working with corporate marketing team and internal websites by directly managing/editing
Effective written and oral communication skills
Basic understanding of business concepts and market dynamics
Interested, knowledgeable, articulate and motivated by hi-tech product market
Literate in MS Office applications
Understanding of Social Media promotions and some web development experience. Need to be able to help drive traffic to community forums and product pages
Self-motivated and the ability to work with limited direction on multiple tasks concurrently in dynamic environment
Capable of taking abstract concepts and produce detailed results
Ideal candidate will have a background, experience in marketing with a EE / technical background or a flair for marketing technical products
Basic understanding of electronics products and electronic design including PCBs, Second language literacy preferred
Graphic design, audio and video creation and editing. Familiar with Adobe tools.
Website development and experience in increasing web traffic using all social media vehicles
