We are looking for

a Warehouse Associate who would handle and maintains flow of materials in warehouse areas according to established guidelines.

Essential Functions:

  1. Reviews bill of lading for incoming merchandise and customer orders.

  2. Store incoming merchandise and assemble customer orders for delivery.

  3. Sorts and stocks supplies maintaining adequate levels of inventory and verify part numbers.

  4. Coordinate activities of distribution warehouse with sales, record control, and purchasing departments to ensure availability of merchandise. 5. Report stock damaged merchandise via the MRC and ROC process and SAP.

  5. Coordinates ordering of parts and materials via SAP for office and field personnel as well as customers.

  6. Ensures that the warehouse and dock areas remain clean, organized and safe to work and store materials.

  7. Work with other departments to coordinate and schedule the delivery and pick-up of materials to and from job sites, vendors, and customer locations.

Additional Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for inventory checks every six months.

  2. Parts delivery issues (change location, missing shipments, etc.)

  3. Adjustments to inventory stock. 4. Additional duties as assigned.

Skills, Education and Experience


High school diploma.


One year experience in a warehouse environment. SAP experience helpful, but not required.

Specific Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:

  1. Knowledge of or ability to learn fork truck operation.

  2. Valid drivers license and experience operating motor vehicle.

  3. Microsoft Office products computer skills are required.

  4. Knowledge of or ability to learn KONE parts, SPIN system, and the territory covered by the branch.

  5. Ability to work with minimal supervision.

  6. Interpersonal skills necessary to work with and receive instructions from a wide variety of individuals.
