Test Development Engineer, Integrated Supply Chain – Hospital Patient Monitoring

In this role you will be responsible for developing test systems to support the production process. This will include product design participation for Design for Test (DFT), supporting design prototype efforts, participation in the development of the production process, designing test solutions, deploying them and supporting them in the production process.

Your Role

  • Development of production test concepts in close collaboration with R&D during the product design phase.

  • Realization of test concepts through test hardware and test software engineering from component level up to complete test system level.

  • Validation and Verification of test systems according to medical device manufacturing regulations.

  • Change management for globally deployed test systems including optimization based on production test data.

You're the right fit if:

  • Minimum of a BS Degree in Electrical or Software Engineering.

  • Minimum of 2+ years professional engineering experience preferably in hardware testing.

  • NI LabView and TestStand experience is a preferred.

  • Knowledge in FDA QSR/cGMP and ISO13485 verification and validation is a preferred.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $98,000 to $168,000, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
