Development of communication programs to promote Oracle*s products and services.

Integrate advertising into the marketing campaigns. Maintain regular interface within the organization and with external suppliers and agencies. Plan and manage pan-geography corporate and local campaign media plans. Plan, manage and implement corporate and local campaign advertising creative. Use professional concepts, company policies, procedures and own creativity handling local campaigns - and arrange sign off with appropriate management level. Integrate all advertising across the communications mix. Maintain and communicate brand advertising guidelines. Provide support and input when assisting with partner advertising. Manage resources within the terms of project budget. Develop and manage brand communications audit. Measure advertising effectiveness.

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Five years relevant work experience. A proven track record in advertising across geography, five years experience, within a reputable global agency or major industry leader.

owning the step-by-step P2P delivery process with stakeholders as well as other advocacy related programs and proceses

Job Description:

Peer-to-Peer (P2P) software review sites are rapidly becoming a standard stop-off point during a buyer s journey. This new role will be pivotal in managing and driving the adoption of P2P services across multiple LOBs at Oracle.

Key job elements include:

Identify, outline and document a best practice portfolio of procedures and governance guidelines for P2P activity, from initial product profile delivery through to lead capture and hand-off to Sales

Mapping the stakeholder landscape and building an associated workflow for each associated stage of the P2P cycle

Setup suitable tracking measures to ensure all aspects of the project stay on track

Stakeholder engagement and delivery - ensuring each stage of the P2P cycle is completed on time, to facilitate effective review capture, content usage, visitor intelligence collection and demand/lead generation activities

Ensure integration of P2P activity/opportunities with related customer engagement/advocacy vehicles (Influitive, Customer Success Days and Meetups etc.)

Interface with the Events team for specific P2P related activity at both Oracle owned/managed events and 3rd party events (OpenWorld, CloudWorld, Collaborate etc.), supporting P2P campaigns, including Gartner Peer Insights activity

Deliver monthly and ad-hoc performance reporting for GCP management and stakeholders

Provide internal education on P2P on an ad-hoc basis

Establish credibility and own the P2P process throughout the cycle

Provide constructive feedback to both suppliers and stakeholders - encouraging iterative process development

Preferred Skills:

Excellent project management skills (minimum 5 years experience), with the ability to multi-task across conflicting work streams

Demonstrated ability to build out and launch new initiatives and participate on strategic projects

Ability to navigate a complex, XLOB stakeholder matrix

Exceptional business problem solving combined with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

Sound knowledge of Oracle s cloud offerings (SaaS, ERP, EPM, HCM) along with On-premises technology offerings preferred
