Proactively approach customers and spend the majority of time on the sales floor to help them locate items, share product knowledge, discuss health and wellness, and offer suggestions and solutions

Familiarize self with all products on the shelves and inventory in the backroom to better assist customers and educate them on product attributes

Support Eat Well. Live Well and share knowledge by sampling products, creating product fact sheets, educating customers, and answering questions Ensuring High Quality Products & Ingredients

Breakdown deliveries, re-shop misplaced products, shrink out damaged goods and refill missing items to ensure product levels are maintained and aisles are kept in pristine shopping condition

Order products from multiply vendors using ordering machines, vendor fax sheet, and telephone

Set up displays and merchandise products in innovative and eye-appealing ways to drive sales

Keep up to date on the latest trends related to the green, organic, and wellness movements

Properly handle products, use equipment, keep accurate logs and follow sanitation practices in accordance with food and human safety guidelines and Simplification 5S procedures Living Who We Are

Work involves continuous interactions with customers in a fast-paced environment

Typical motions include repetitive hand and arm movements, bending, reaching, and frequent heavy lifting

Responsible for moving and lifting an average of 8 – 32 pounds with a maximum weight lifted of 50 pounds rarely to occasionally

May be exposed to various allergens

Work involves exposure to and work in cold and below freezing temperatures

Must be able to use hand/power equipment
