Key Work Experiences/Education:Required for Selection:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience

Prior supervisory experience

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with peers

Ability to facilitate consensus

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Working knowledge of PC applications

Demonstrated sense of urgency, commitment, follow through and execution

Time management skills

Ability to draw accurate conclusions from quantitative information and make sound decisions

Preferred for Selection:

Working knowledge of operations systems (i.e., WMS, ARCOS, FFM, DIS, CIS, Ventyx, MDT, WLRS, Workbrain, etc.)

Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience

Leads the Columbia Gas of Massachusetts (CMA) Integration Center team in managing all applicable gas related field operations work and resources as well as support for administrative activities. Ensures effective prioritizing and assignment of all gas related work requests and all related pertinent information to safely deliver compliance and exceptional customer service. Helps define and create meaningful metrics to evaluate performance of Integration Center responsibilities. Key Results:

Essential Responsibilities:

Lead a team that works out of multiple locations within the CMA territory.

Manage the effective scheduling and oversight of a mobile workforce

Strategy development to deliver the Corporate vision and fulfill the Operating Model

Communication to field operations management on key strategic and operational matters

Identification, implementation and use of enabling technology for managing work

Direct team members to prioritize and assign orders to assure all commitments are met

Champion consistency and collaboration throughout Operations

Provide effective communication, motivation, guidance, training and knowledge to the team members

Manages toward aggressive financial and departmental targets

Develop and implement plans to ensure elevated customer satisfaction levels

Ensure compliance with state utility line locating requirements

Analyze various systems for resource optimization

Budget management and adherence
