Job Description

Our Client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a large Technology project, a multi-year effort to design and implement new technology to support the fair, equitable and efficient delivery of justice in courtrooms. This project is a key part of the Judiciary's ambitious information technology Capital Project portfolio plan. The project will begin in July 2024 with the assistance of a vendor to complete a comprehensive current state analysis, requirements gathering, and a design and implementation strategy. The next phase of the project will include procuring the agreed-upon goods and services, installing the related hardware and software and, just as importantly, facilitating the change management and training necessary to ensure that the new technology achieves its intended goal.

Skills and Requirements

Have a background managing business-facing projects (5+ years) working directly with senior level (C Suite) executives

Proven management, communication, and analysis skills

Demonstrated Proficiency in MS Office, and other project management tools

Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university in business, Engineering, Technology,

or related field

5+ years of experience in managing medium/large-scale business and IT projects

Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills

Familiarity with a variety of project management methodologies such as agile, waterfall, etc., and a strong

understanding of the suitability of these methodologies for certain development environments and types

of applications

PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred - Audio and Visual Experience

• Experience working within a Judiciary system null
