We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to input on product strategy, own the management of the product roadmap, drive an agile execution with our clients, and encourage our team members via great storytelling.

You must have the ability to manage the team, and simultaneously have the operational chops to ensure that we build and support compelling, customer focused experiences in an iterative methodology. Success in the role requires an innovative mind, a proven track record of supporting new consumer-facing software products (especially mobile applications), meticulous analytical skills, and a passion for crafting market-leading software for millions of customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Define product initiatives to push product strategy and OKRs forward.

  • Work with organizational peers to ensure awareness, alignment, and readiness of feature releases.

  • Ensure that all functions remain on schedule and that issues get advanced and resolved and that the program is completed successfully.

  • Demonstrate knowledge of project, product & program management within the context of business results (case attainment, larger economic implications, business risk, etc.).

  • Manage internal and external relations in support of program(s); may contract and manage vendors.

  • Manage internal and external relations in support of program(s).

  • Implement communication plans for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources informed. Facilitates project meetings.

  • Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements. Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated.

  • Help refine process strategy for implementation into their own teams.

  • Represent the product with clients and can act as the main interaction point with those contributors.

  • Work with engineering team leads to provide input on project prioritization.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 8+ years' experience creating software solutions

  • Smart-Building software experience

  • Ability to identify complex project risks, lead constructability reviews, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $140,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $160,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
