As a Senior Architectural Coordinator, your responsibilities will be to: • Evaluate, select, and apply advanced architectural and design methods with responsibility for project assignments including programming, design development and coordination and projection of construction documents. • Develop and prepare construction documents, plans, and details; excte red-marked revisions. • Evaluate and integrate engineering systems and implement code, accessibility, and zoning analysis. • Conduct field observations to monitor progress of construction • Work independently and within an integrated team structure to meet the project goals, budget constraints and project schedule. • Develop, prepare and coordinate presentation materials • Be involved with coordinating contractors, consultants, and vendor assignments • Collaborate with and may mentor junior staff • Utilize technical skills in Revit and other design application software.
A professional degree in Architecture, Design or related discipline 5 years of experience
Licensure or in the process of completing ARE exams
Experience in healthcare architecture Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software; Revit strongly preferred Experience in all phases and aspects of a project Effective verbal and written communication skills Problem solving skills, attention to detail, and motivated to learn Collaborative and professional work ethic LEED AP or within 6 months of hire
