We have an opening at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute for a highly motivated individual with an undergraduate science degree and an interest in biomedical research. The technician will be co-supervised by two prominent figures in the field of cancer genetics: Dr. Charles Roberts (http://www.stjuderesearch.org/site/lab/roberts) and Dr. William Hahn (http://hahnlab.dana-farber.org). Our projects focus on chromatin biology and its relationship to aggressive childhood cancers. Utilizing state-of-the-art techniques in genetics, molecular biology, and cell biology, we try to identify and target vulnerabilities in cancer driven by impaired chromatin remodeling machinery.
