Job Description

The SalesDirector is focused on growing Accenture’s Cloud business, and manages opportunities through all phases, including qualification, sales pursuit and close by applying deep sales process and offering expertise. Develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and existing clients by utilizing a differentiated roadmap and framework to enable our Client’s Cloud journeys and transformation.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

  • Providessolutions to complexCloud-oriented business problems foropportunities requiring in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.

  • Interactswith senior management levels at clients and within Accenture, determinespursuit strategies, develops client messaging plans and relationships, andapplies industry-leading Cloud transformation practices.

  • Has latitude in decision-making anddetermining objectives and approaches to critical assignments .

  • Operateswithin largeteams and directs specific team sales activities

  • Mustbe able to travel up to 50%

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimumof 5 years selling/closing deals in Services space in one of the followingareas: Cloud enablement and migration, Technology Strategy, IaaS/PaaS, ITService Management. Expertise inPublic Cloud, Data Center, Network, and IT transformation is preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years record of salesquota attainment against a $10M or higher target

  • Minimumof 5 years’’ Client Relationship and/or delivery experience

  • Experienceworking within a large, matrixed company environment.

  • Experiencewith C-Level client relationship building and relationship management.

  • Provenability to operate within a team-oriented environment.

  • Demonstratedleadership, teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; eithermilitary or civilian.

  • Highenergy level, decisiveness and ability to work well in demanding clientenvironments.

  • Excellentcommunication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

  • Strongleadership, problem solving, and decision making abilities.

  • Unquestionableprofessional integrity, credibility and character.
