Kforce has a client that is searching for a Bilingual Customer Service (Patient Access Rep) in Boston, Massachusetts (MA).Responsibilities:

  • Will cover basic phone calls, but will primarily handle walk-ins and scheduling

  • Hours will be 9am-5pm

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Front desk customer service experience

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)

  • Medical insurance experience (EOB understanding) & Good customer service skills
