Massachusetts Employer Call Center Representative in Allston, Massachusetts

Responsibilities : As part of our busy call center, you will be mainly responsible for taking incoming reservations for corporate transportation services from our worldwide client base. You will receive intensive on the job training that will provide you with a good understanding of Company services including pricing, vehicle types, travel times, meeting procedures, airport codes and our affiliate network. In your daily work you will be required to perform the following duties: -Create, change and cancel reservations in accordance with CWW procedures. -Review client itineraries for accuracy, and confirm reservations with clients. -Establish knowledge of client preferences for billing, confirmation method, etc. -Work with department management in documenting and resolving service failures, especially client impacting incidents Requirements: -Education - minimum high school diploma, GED or equivalent, some college preferred -Strong attention to process and detail -Knowledge of travel, tourism, hospitality or luxury service industry preferred -Working knowledge of MS Office applications -Strong communication and problem resolution skills required, both oral and written Excellent pay, health insurance, advancement opportunities
