Global Manufacturing Company with expanding North American Operations in the Woburn area seeks a Finance Business Partner to support a rapidly growing business segment. The Finance Business Partner has full financial responsibility and ownership of this Business Unit. In this position, you will create relationships with a diverse team including colleagues from sales, engineering and inside sales functions to develop a deep understanding of the business and directly impact its strategic growth. As well as full ownership of P& L reporting and analysis of results including sales, cost of goods, commissions, and overheads, you will be responsible for quarterly and annual forecasting and pricing, driving profitability and ensuring effective financial and commercial decision-making. Duties include financial analysis, budgeting & forecasting, financial reporting, finance partnering, pricing, process improvements and presentations. This is a very exciting time to be joining this firm that is built out for expansion with aggressive growth plans over the next 3-5 years. Requirements

BS Degree required, MBA preferred

Strong Financial Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting, Financial Reporting, Finance Partnering, Sales Support exp.

Experience supporting Sales Teams preferred.

Experience working within a multi-national public company – divisional level

Strong Business Partnering skills

Advanced Excel skills.
